Q. Do you have to be a member to order?
A. No, you do not. Anyone can order parts from us.
Q. How much does shipping cost?
A. We have a minimum shipping cost of $9.75 on all orders with a sub-total of $97.50 or less. Any orders over $97.50 shipping will cost 12% of the sub-total. Within the continental U.S.
Q. How do you ship?
A. We use UPS and FedEx for the majority of orders, however for orders in MN, WI, ND, SD, IA and IL we use Spee-Dee Delivery.
Q. The part I'm ordering is small. Can you send it through the post office?
A. If the order is for something small we can send it postal mail for you for a lower cost, However, you MUST call and place the order over the phone and inform us of that. We can not do that with online orders. Note: When we ship postal mail, it may take longer to get to you and is not insured.

A. Yes, if the order is placed online you should receive tracking information from UPS or FedEx once the order has been shipped. If you place your order over the phone, please provide us with your email address and we can send tracking information.

A. We get a lot of emails on a daily basis and can not get around to replying to them all. If you have a question or concern it’s best to call us and we will be happy to help you.

Q. How do I return an item?
A. Send the item(s) back within 30 days with a copy of your Invoice and a reason for the return. All parts must be in original package in resalable condition. Please allow a few days for your refund to be processed.
