Return Policy

 

Our full interior packages and a few other interior-related items are custom-made to order and are non-refundable.  

 

All returns must be in new, unused condition.  We will not accept an item if it shows any indication of being installed or any pieces are missing.  This includes small screws, hardware, etc. that would otherwise make a set complete. 

 

Any part that is not satisfactory may be returned within 30 days for a full refund.  All returns must include a copy of the invoice or no refund will be issued.  Parts returned more than 30 days after purchase will be charged a 25% restocking fee.  This is based on the monetary value of the products purchased at the time the sale occurred. 

Your original shipping charges will not be refunded.

If you return an item because you no longer want or need it, you are responsible for all return shipping expenses. 

If you return an item because you ordered the wrong version or provided the wrong part number, you are responsible for all return shipping expenses.

If you return an item because it did not arrive in time, you are responsible for all return shipping expenses.

If an item is defective, we will send a return tag (email only) or reimburse your return shipping expense at regular ground rates.  If you send a return package via express, you will not be refunded for that additional expense.
